Environmental Policy From the President

General Information:
Dynamic Living, Inc was incorporated in 1997. We are members of the Better Business Bureau in Connecticut, where we are based. We are also members of the local Chamber of Commerce.

The company was founded in order to provide specialty products that work to people who need them in order to maintain their independence in their own home. Quality and service are our priorities.

Publishing Accomplishments:
Dynamic Living's articles have been published in numerous professional magazines, including "Helping Patients Resume Daily Activities After A Stroke", co-authored with the National Stroke Association, for The American Journal of Medicine and Sports, January/February 2001. This particular article won the prestigious Crystal Communicator Award, presented to recognize outstanding work in the communications field.

We have also been honored to be mentioned in articles in over 100 different daily newspapers (like the San Francisco Chronicle, The Kansas City Star, The Boston Globe and the New York Times), organizational newsletters and online magazines. Several of our customers have been so pleased with our product selection and service, that they have written their own articles to local newspapers! We are most grateful.

Environmental Policy:
Dynamic Living believes in doing our part to preserve the environment. We pack our products with recycled paper. We will also recycle materials whenever possible (cardboard and peanuts) that we receive from our suppliers.

From the President:
When we started this company, we wanted to find products that would assist an aging parent to cope with diminishing vision, hearing and strength. We wanted attractive and functional products that fit in with what was already in the home. At that time, we couldn't find more than a handful of products that didn't look 'medical'. Pricing was outrageous and service was very poor. Information and ideas to help us didn't exist.

So we set about bringing what was missing to millions of consumers like us: great products that help us maintain our independence for as long as possible, at a reasonable price with fabulous service.

As part of our service goals, we became experts in the field of independent living. We have read hundreds of research studies and trade journals from a variety of fields and determined the best ideas and information to share with you in our monthly articles (sent out in our free email newsletter - sign up above!). We've published more than 70 original articles that provide tips and gentle guidance in areas that affect our daily lives, like toileting, cooking, entertaining and having fun.

All this research has helped us offer the hard-to-find items you need and provide lots of information about these unique products so you can know if they're right for you.

We could not have done this without our customers. You have kept us focused on providing products that help 'make living at home a little easier' for generations to come.
