Shipping Information

Many companies that sell lift chairs will add fees for shipping and warrantee labor/service. So if you are comparing prices please note that Dynamic Living prices include all shipping costs above $17.50 (our normal fee in this price range) - oversize shipping to your door - an $85 value!

The lift chairs we offer are shipped in 2 pieces (the back of the chair is not attached). This allows for easier maneuverability through a doorway. The back of the chair is re-attached with a simple bolt and latch system. Then a cloth 'flap' is attached to hide the assembly.

Pride Lift Chair Delivery Schedule

Within two weeks of your order, the Pride Lift Chair will be shipped to you directly from Pride's corporate warehouse. Each chair is shipped through a private trucking company that is familiar with your geographical area. The private trucking company will call you one day in advance to schedule delivery. Delivery is normally within 4 weeks.

Please be sure that your doorway can accommodate the chair plus a few inches for the box. Unless there are many stairs or other obstacles, the trucking company will bring the chair into your home or garage. Please be sure that you arrange for help to then move the chair to the proper location.

Warranty and Return Information

• Full warranty (including labor) on all structural components for one year. All service is provided by a national chain of Pride service providers - right in your home (or where the chair is located) - a $150 value!

• Due to the high cost of shipping, if you must return a Pride Lift Chair there is a 30% restocking fee, plus the cost of the return shipping.
