Unless otherwise noted on the product page, merchandise may be returned within 30 days if the product is in new, resalable condition. All parts, instructions and original packaging MUST be present.
A restocking fee is often required on items shipped directly from the manufacturer, such as the Pride Lift Chairs, ramps and bath benches. See the individual product page for details.
Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
Defective items can be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days. Many products have a manufacturers warranty. After 30 days, or earlier if you prefer, you may work directly with the manufacturer.
For an exchange or refund, please call or write us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please let us know in what way the product did not meet your needs. Refunds or exchanges MUST be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
