Top-of-the-line wireless alert devices send signals instantly to the 30 Patient Call Station. The Call Monitor tells you, both visually and audibly, which patient needs help so you can respond without delay. The alerts are loud and clear. This system is not meant to replace good care giving practices such as direct supervision or proper staffing, but simply to alert staff in case of an emergency.

The basic package includes:

• 1 Central Monitor with an AC Adapter

• 2 Call Buttons / Pendants

• 1 Pager Style Receiver with display

Although this kit only comes with the devices mentioned above, the Nurse's Call Station can be used withother wireless alert devices, making it extremely flexible. Up to 30 devices can be added to the monitoring system. Adding these pieces later on is easy because no wiring is required.

Central Monitor (Quantity included: 1)

Each wireless alert device is assigned to a number on the monitor's display. When one of the call buttons is activated, a verbal or musical alarm (as selected by the caregiver) will play and the corresponding number will light up.

Receives signals from up to 150 feet away. Please make sure to check the range in your facility as different kinds of building materials can slightly affect the range of the product. Choose from 14 alarm languages/melodies. If you choose to run on batteries rather than the AC adapter, it has a low battery indicator.

Nurse Call Button (Quantity included: 2) Two call buttons are included with this system. The call button can be worn like a pendant using the enclosed lanyard string or can be mounted on a bed or nightstand using the enclosed adhesive tape. The button requires only slight pressure to push. After sending a signal, the Call Button can only be reset from the Central Monitor.

Pager (Quantity included: 1) When the Central Monitor receives a signal, it sends a signal to the pager. (For this reason, the pagers cannot be used without the Central Monitor.) The pager receives signals up to 150 feet from nurse's call station. The pager shows a visual alert number on the LCD screen and provides a verbal announcement.

The verbal announcement has an adjustable volume and you can choose from 11 different languages or 3 musical tones. The beeper style clip-on receiver is easy to wear on your waistband. The pager also has a stand on the back for tabletop use.

You can expand your Patient Monitoring System by adding any combination of the following items:

• Additional Pagers (DL2254)

• Additional Nurse Call Buttons (DL2251)

• Fall Guard Alert Systems for Chairs (DL2264)
  - Contains a 10" by 15" pressure pad and an alarm for the chair that says "Please sit down"

• Fall Guard Alert Systems for Beds (DL2266)
  - Contains a 20" by 30" pressure pad and an alarm for the bed that says "Please lie down"

Motion Sensor (DL2229): Detects movement using infrared sensors. The motion sensor can be used as a fall monitor (next to a bed or chair), or as a general room monitor to note when a patient has either entered a particular room or vacates their own bed or room. The sensor has a wide detecting field. Each motion sensor comes with a swivel mounting bracket.
