Alternating Pressure Pump and Pad alleviates bed sores. When you lie in one position for several hours at a time, the pressure points on your body become vulnerable. The Alternating Pressure Pump and Pad alleviates these pressure areas, preventing bed sores (decubitus ulcers) and improving air circulation. | ![]() |
The pump works quietly but effectively to continually change pressure in the pad's 21 support tubes. It has an illuminated on/off switch that is easy to use at night and hospital grade wiring that is safe for use in all circumstances.
The pad is highly durable, made with a tough, long-lasting 16 gauge vinyl and a heavy-duty embossed finish. It connects to the pump using a 5½' connector tube.
There are a variety of reasons why a patient may be bedridden. Whether your loved one is recovering from surgery or fighting a long term illness, you can help them remain comfortable with the Alternating Pressure Pump and Pad.
