• Push the release button on the side, and retract the pusher rod. (This can be done with only one hand if you turn the unit upside down.)

• Assemble the tube with the desired disc and fill it with room temperature dough. (Twisting motions are required to secure the barrel and the extrusion disc in place.)

• Press the thumb lever switch at the top to form cookies. (Holding the motor with one hand and pressing the switch with the other should be easier on your hands.)

• Refill tube with dough as needed.

Clean up is easy, too. Simply immerse the dough cylinder, disks and tips in warm soapy water or place on the top rack of your dishwasher.
