Individuals who are recovering from surgery or have a painful hernia may lack balance or the necessary abdominal muscles to get out of bed on their own. The Bed Rail Advantage provides extra support so that you can pull yourself up and get out of bed safely without relying on the aid of a caregiver. The rail is 16½" W, offering ample surface space to grab onto.
The Bed Rail Advantage requires no assembly. Simply slide the base between the box spring and mattress of any sized bed and secure the safety strap to the other side of the bed frame. The bed rail can be placed on either the left or right side of the bed and will accommodate deeper mattresses.
For your convenience, you can store small items such as reading glasses or the TV remote in the included Bed Rail organizer so that they are within arms length. If you don't need it all the time, the Bed Rail Advantage folds down flat for easy storage in a closet or under the bed.

"I used my search engine to find a bedrail that was black to blend with my bedroom set. I'm so glad I found this one. It's the perfect width and doesn't interfere with getting out of bed. It is the perfect height to give me the support I need to sit up in bed and to steady me when standing. It is very sturdy and I feel secure holding on to it. I LOVE the organizer - it gets all my remotes off of my bedside table. No more knocking the remote on the floor for me! I recently had to switch to a hospital bed and I find I can still use this bedrail which makes me very happy. This item ended up being a great help for me. I appreciate it every day.
