by wearing a Medical Alert ID Tag

There are many reasons why you might have to wear a medical alert tag like a food allergy, diabetes or a heart condition. Going without an alert bracelet could be dangerous!

Fashion Alert's Medical ID Tags feature a red alert symbol and staff of Aesculapius on the front of the stainless steel tag. They can be worn with a Fashion Alert Bracelet or with your own medical alert bracelet or band.

The back of the tag will have the information needed by emergency personnel to insure you receive the proper care.

Available in the following styles:

 ID tags can alert paramedics of your medical conditions when you cannot.

  • Diabetes (pre-engraved): DL1381

  • Blank (to take to a local jeweler for engraving): DL1383
