This fashionable wrap-around Dignity T-Shirt allows you to slip into and out of it without hurting your arms, head or neck. It is also terrific for caregivers, as you'll find it easier to get your loved one's arms aligned with the sleeves.
This tee is secured in place with three hook and loop strips. These strips are placed in the perfect spots to ensure that the shirt will cover you completely - just like a regular t-shirt.

1) Place T-shirt over arms and back like a jacket. 2) Secure inside panel: outer right edge of t-shirt attaches to inside-left hook and loop strip. |  |
