This fashionable wrap-around Dignity T-Shirt allows you to slip into and out of it without hurting your arms, head or neck. It is also terrific for caregivers, as you'll find it easier to get your loved one's arms aligned with the sleeves.

This tee is secured in place with three hook and loop strips. These strips are placed in the perfect spots to ensure that the shirt will cover you completely - just like a regular t-shirt.

How it Works

1) Place T-shirt over arms and back like a jacket.

2) Secure inside panel: outer right edge of t-shirt attaches to inside-left hook and loop strip.

The first place to attach the shirt is on the inside, under your left arm.
3) Secure shoulder: wrap t-shirt around neckline and attach hook and loop at right shoulder.The second place to attach is on the outside, at your right shoulder.
4) Secure right-side panel: left outer edge of t-shirt attaches to outside-right hook and loop strip.The third place to attach the shirt is on the outside, under your right arm.
