"I've been looking all over for a similarly designed back scratcher. This is the closest thing I've seen but it's probably too soft for scratching hard to reach areas. Perhaps the head of your scrubber could have 2 sides and the head could swivel: A soft bristled side for scrubbing and a hard bristled side for scratching.
