The best part of the blade of the PBJ and Bagel Knife is the uniquely designed SpatulaSpoon™. The waves that run down the tool grab the food and the wide blade spreads it nicely like a frosting knife. The tip of the blade is rounded in such a way that it can scrape up what's left at the bottom of the jar. At 9.5", the knife is at least 1" longer than most tableware, keeping your knuckles out of the jar so you stay cleaner when getting that last bit of jelly or peanut butter.
In addition to all these thoughtful design features, one edge of the blade is serrated. Slice your bagel and spread the cream cheese or margarine with just one tool!
