EZ Dine is a prep board and dinner plate combination designed for individuals who have the use of only one hand.

The EZ Dine can be used as both a preparation board as well as a non-slip dinner plate that is ideal for single-handed individuals. The designer wanted to make their life a little easier after suffering a spinal cord injury. Whether you have arthritis, a neurological impairment or have had a stroke, you will treasure this dining alternative.
The EZ Dine has several features that set it apart from other one-handed kitchen tools.
On one side of the EZ Dine is a food stop that helps you 'scoop' your food onto your utensil without it slipping over the edge onto the table.
6 stainless steel food prongs hold meat or fruit or vegetables in place, making it easier to cut.
If you put your knife tip under the exclusive fulcrum 'handle' on the EZ Dine, you will notice additional leverage and downward pressure on the food. This is extremely helpful when slicing hard-to-cut foods like carrots.
The dish measures 12" L by 8¼" W and it has non-skid feet that prevent the plate from moving on your countertop or table.
