The Salad Tongs fold flat for storage. Flip them around and they become easy to use, elegant tongs. The splayed 'fingers' get a wider grasp on the salad, making it easier to transfer the food to the plate. When you're done the tongs store flat, taking up very little room in your gadget drawer.
