Need to know the temperature but find thermometers hard to see?

This easy to use Talking Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer speaks and displays the temperature. The thermometer includes a permanently affixed 10 foot cord for the external temperature probe. Place the Talking Thermometer near a window so that the probe can reach the outside easily. When you press the talk button, a pleasant female voice reports the inside and the outside temperature.

The Talking Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer is small, measuring 4¼" H x 3" W x ¾" D. There's a fold-out stand so the thermometer can be placed on a desk or window sill. You can also hang it on a wall next to a door or window.

This easy to use Talking Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer is packed with features:

  • Large ½" H LCD display with a switch to change between the indoor and outdoor temperature.

  • Voice reporting of outdoor and indoor temperatures at a preset 'alarm' time, hourly or by pressing the talking button.

  • 3 Volume settings: high, low & off

  • Indoor and outdoor customizable temperature alerts.

  • Measures temperatures from -58º F to 158º F (-50º C to 70º C).

  • Requires 2 "AAA" batteries (not included).

The Talking Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer is great for people who have low vision and can't read traditional outdoor thermometers. It's also a perfect gift for the gadget collector in any family!

Special Notes

  • To avoid false readings, do not place the thermometer or the outdoor sensor in direct sunlight, near a stove or near heating/air conditioning vents.

  • The speaking voice is a higher pitch, and may not be suitable for people with some hearing loss.
