The clear digital display is easy to read and understand.

  • The current indoor and outdoor temperatures are ½" H.

  • The daily high and low temperatures are in slightly smaller print on the display.

  • Barometric pressure-based icons display daily forecasts in one of 3 pictures: sun, sun and clouds or rain along with an arrow indicating rising or falling barometric pressure.

  • The time display is 5/8" H (and has an alarm with snooze feature)

This unit includes 2 pieces; the indoor display and an outdoor remote weather transmitter. The outdoor transmitter can send a signal up to 330 feet to the indoor display. In order to ensure accuracy, place the outdoor monitor in a 'neutral location' that doesn't receive direct sunlight or heavy rain. Both pieces can be free standing or wall mounted.

Once you've started using this Weather Forecaster, you'll wonder how you ever got along without it!

  • The maximum range for wireless signal is 330 feet. However, different construction materials will affect signal quality.

    • Each wall, internal and external, effectively cuts the signal strength in half.

    • Metal siding, stucco and some types of glass can reduce signal strength.
