Offset Easi-Grip Knives are ergonomic and comfortable to use.

The Easi-Grip® Offset Carving Knife features a durable, stainless steel blade. The blade on the Carving Knife is 7½" long with a straight edge.

The black and white handle is ergonomically shaped to keep the hand and wrist in a natural position. The "soft-feel" grip on these knives help to prevent them from turning in your hand, increasing kitchen safety even when the handle is wet or a little greasy.

The Easi-Grip® Knives only weigh 5 ounces and have a non-medical design that will blend in with most other kitchen gadgets and utensils.
