Designed for single-handed use, this cutting board is just what you need! Measuring 15¾" L x 9" W our durable plastic cutting board has six 1" stainless steel spikes. The spikes grasp meat and hard-to-cut vegetables so you can prepare your meal without help from others.

This positioning on the spikes also allows you to put more pressure on what you are cutting without worrying that it will scoot away from you. A cork cover for the spike will protect you from cutting yourself on the spikes when the board is stored or retrieved.

Non-slip rubber feet prevent the board from moving around on your countertop or table surface. There is a small groove around the board to catch liquid from runny items like tomatoes. (It is not deep enough to catch lots of liquid, like from a roast.) The cutting board cleans easily with ordinary dish soap and water.

Terrific for slicing onions, peeling potatoes or carving a chicken. This 'extra hand' is always ready to go to work when you need it!
