The author of this book, Tommye-K. Mayer, ran a marathon in Hawaii in 2001. She is also single handed herself. Now you know that this book was written by someone who understands living single handedly for she has "Been there. Done that."
Ms. Mayer provides ideas and tip for daily activities, chores and activities you have to do every day, like cooking and getting dressed. By reading-environment her examples, you will see that you too can invent ways to accomplish tasks that will work well for you, using everything you've got.
