It's hard to get nice, neat slices using a straight blade and sheer hand strength. However the OneTouch™ Battery Operated Knife has two serrated blades set into the motorized handle. Press a button and the blades on the knife move back and forth, slicing neatly through beef, turkey, salad veggies, fresh fruits and much more!
| We found that the blades were sharp enough to use without the vibration, but certainly the extra motion helps to speed up the task without any additional effort on your part. The handle is surprisingly comfortable compared to a heavy electric knife and there are no dangling cords to deal with. You could even use one arm to support the knife while the other guides it. |  |
