This durable, turntable-style transfer disk aids in transfers and is especially helpful to those who have decreased trunk and hip mobility. The patient stands on the disk while the caregiver places one foot on one of the tabs, then gently nudges the patient's body to the correct position. The Pivot Disk does all the work. It has a non-skid base that offers stability and security during transfer.

The Pivot Disk was designed to be used with the aid of a professional or caregiver. It can be used in any room of the house.

The Pivot Disk is also great for traveling as the disk is 14½" in diameter and only weighs 1½ lbs. The weight capacity is 280 lbs.
