| The Risedale™ Lift Chair by Uplift Technologies is not your father's lift chair! The Risedale™ provides the same lifting assistance in a classic wingback style! The smaller size is not overwhelming and the classic brocade fabric gives a stylish look to any room, even a small den. And don't forget to order the matching ottoman for the utmost in comfort! Unlike traditional lift chairs, only the seat of this electric powered lift cushion actually moves. Since it does not recline, you can place the chair against a wall. |  |
The Risedale™ Lift Chair features patented LeveLift™ technology. As it rises, the seat moves up and forward at the same time. This prevents the 'dumping' action felt on many other lift chairs.
To lift and lower the cushion, simply push the power lever on the side of the cushion. (You can attach the lever on either side of the chair and remove it when it is not needed.) This lever also allows you to stop the movement at any point. The maximum seat height is 27" in the raised position.
 | Relax and put your feet up on the optional matching Ottoman. For additional convenience, the top flips open for storage. You could store a light blanket there in case you get chilly.
