These silicone Heel Cups are made for individuals who find standing, walking or running creates painful pressure on their heels. Slip a pair of Heel Cups into your shoes to feel immediate relief. Because the medium density silicone immediately recovers from impact, your heels are cushioned with each step.
The Heel Cups make any shoe feel almost as comfortable as slippers. The wedge shape flattens out at the front just under your arch so that you do not feel a 'seam'. There's a raised edge along the sides and back to help the cup hug the back of your foot and stay in place.

The cups can be used with most styles of shoes with a closed heel. At the back, where the insert is thickest, the Heel Cup can raise you up to ½", so they are best for casual styles, work shoes or sneakers, not ladies' low-profile dress shoes.
