These side rails are 55½" long for maximum coverage, suitable for even the most restless sleepers. The Steel Home Bed Rails are easy to install. The base that connects the two sides together slides between your mattress and box spring.

Two push buttons allow caregivers to lower the rails as needed. Being able to lower the bars makes transfers into and out of bed easier. It also gives you more access to the bed when changing the sheets. For safety, these push buttons are not easily accessible to the person laying in bed.
