The secure Wall Mounted Trapeze handle helps you maneuver in bed when you have limited strength in your lower body.

The versatile Wall Mounted Trapeze Handle
provides support for repositioning and transferring.
The innovative e2™ Trapeze Handle is secured to the wall on an arm that can be moved to accommodate you as you maneuver. When it is positioned over the bed, you can reach up and grab it to help you sit up or provide support while you reposition yourself. When it is positioned at the edge of the bed, you can use it to assist with transfers. The e2™ Trapeze Handle simulates two rungs on a ladder. This design increases your leverage when climbing up to a seated position and gives you a lot of room for hand placement. | ![]() |
When you don't need the trapeze, the swing arm can be moved to the side and out of the way. The arm is locked until you release the lock by pulling on the pull cord.
The Wall Mounted Trapeze Handle doesn't use floor space, so it won't be in your way during transfers. Plus there are many adjustments you can make to accommodate different furniture or individual requirements:
The swing arm can be moved to one of 7 locking positions.
The trapeze strap can be shortened and positioned in 5 places along the swing arm.
The pull knob (that releases the swing arm) can be set in 5 locations and the pull string can be adjusted up higher close to the arm, or left longer close to the bed.
In order to support 150 lbs of otherwise unsupported weight (that means the user can weigh up to 300 lbs), the wall structure and fastening need to be secure. We recommend professional installation.
The Wall Mounted Trapeze is a high quality product that is appropriate for a home or a facility.
![]() | The wall plate is mounted to the wall in one of two ways:
Since an exterior mount is much easier, we offer DL2099WP, which is a 20" x 20" x 3/4" pre-drilled sanded, unfinished plywood plate. This is then secured to the joists and the Wall Mount Trapeze can then be secured to the plate. You can finish the plate as your decor requires by painting or wallpapering. |
In addition to professional installation, we recommend planning the installation with a physical therapist to be sure that the height adjustments are appropriate and comfortable.
